Modes of Cooperation. The implementation of research and study programs determined in conformity with Article 1 may be carried out through the joint realization of research projects and teaching programs at the location of both Parties, according to the modalities specified in Article 4 of this Agreement. More specifically, these are the modes of cooperation that may be used in a separate appendix to which the parties agree to, included the following: • Exchange of scholars • Joint research projects • Joint teaching and/or supervision of students • Joint participation in workshops and/or conference days • Student mobility and prospective exchange of students (as may be mutually agreed upon) • Participation of students in Study Abroad programs hosted by each institution
Modes of Cooperation. A. Pursuant to this Memorandum and within the framework of MCC and WFP mandates, WFP and MCC will endeavour to prepare and develop specific programs, projects or activities within the framework of the areas of cooperation exposed above.
B. Any program, project and/or activity that the parties decide to implement jointly shall be governed by a supplementary agreement, memorandum of understanding, or exchange of letters containing the terms and conditions applicable to such program, project, and/or activity. Notwithstanding the above, if WFP and MCC deem it necessary and, prior to the implementation of any program, project and/or activity, the parties may enter into an agreement which will constitute the framework agreement and will govern any individual program, project or activity duly formalized by means of a supplementary agreement.
C. Such supplementary agreements, memoranda of understanding, or exchange of letters, which shall be duly signed by the authorized representatives of the WFP and MCC, will contain a specification of the objectives; a work plan; a detail on funds and resource allocations; a provision relating to the coordination, notices, and monitoring of the program, project, and/or activity in question; the specific responsibilities of each party and any other provision that the WFP and MCC may deem necessary.
Modes of Cooperation. Cooperation between the Signatories under this DoI may be conducted in the form of:
a. Cooperation within clean energy and climate meetings and forums such as the One Planet Summit, P4G, the Paris Peace Summit, the UN Secretary-General’s Climate Summit, and the Powering Past Coal Alliance;
b. Exchange of information, best practice, and policy initiatives;
c. Exchange visits by experts, scholars and delegations;
d. Jointly organised seminars, workshops and meetings involving experts, scientists, private companies and relevant agencies;
e. Other forms of cooperation as mutually agreed upon.
Modes of Cooperation. In order to implement the cooperation provided for in Article II the PARTIES may use various methods according to their missions and taking into account their resources, and giving due consideration to the following:

Models of cooperation may include but are not limited to: I Through exchange of high-level visits and existing governmental and non-governmental exchange mechanisms, the two Participants will build a multi-tiered information sharing platform in diverse fields and with multiple channels to share information resources, increase transparency and encourage participation of people in all sectors of society. II Based on the common needs for cooperation, the two Participants will carry out pilot programs, joint researches, personnel exchange and training in key areas through collaborative analysis, joint planning, economic and technological exchange and cooperation as well as information sharing and capacity building in international, market-oriented and professional approaches. They will encourage other countries along the Belt and Road to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative. III The two Participants will explore mutually beneficial models of cooperation to support the development and implementation of major programs on infrastructure and production capacity alignment under the Belt and Road Initiative, determine ways to offer financial support to such projects, and strengthen exchange and cooperation to ensure project safety. IV The two Participants may conclude arrangements or other cooperation documents for cooperation in a specific field.
Modes of Cooperation. The Ministry of Health will provide: Access and availability to Ministry of Health officials, hospital administrators and other healthcare officials for briefings, trainings, meetings and other activities associated with reaching the stated goals and objectives Feedback on the quality, quantity and any other information on the training and other related activities to the Council and the firms providing the services. The Council will: Facilitate the introductions of firms with the expertise and experience to assist the Ministry of Health and healthcare officials in reaching the aforementioned goals and objectives Serve as a liaison between the firms and the Ministry of Health and other healthcare officials to address any issues of concern The Parties will assist each other to the extent possible within their capacity and capability.
Modes of Cooperation. The Signatories will support cooperation under this memorandum in the form of joint projects as defined in 4.1. Initiation, selection and execution of the projects will be coordinated by a Working Group as defined in 4.2, and facilitated by Workshops as defined in 4.3.

Modes of Cooperation a) Consultations and cooperation on substantive issues The UN/ECE Secretariat and the BSEC PERMIS will hold periodic consultations on the issues of cooperation between the two Organizations. They may, in particular, discuss the joint undertaking of UN/ECE-BSEC projects on matters of mutual interest, including those aimed at institutional capacity building, as well as studies, seminars, workshops, etc., subject to appropriate organizational and financial arrangements.
b) Exchange of information and documentation The UN/ECE Secretariat and the BSEC PERMIS will exchange information on their activities. The exchange of information will be organized through established channels, including through the global computer network Internet, by placing information on respective pages of the WWW-server, and also by specific requests.
c) Participation in the meetings The Secretary General of the BSEC PERMIS will be regularly informed of the meetings of the UN/ECE and of its principal subsidiary bodies. Without prejudice to the established rules and procedures of the BSEC, the Secretary General of the BSEC PERMIS or the officials of the PERMIS may participate in the meetings of ECE as observers. In the spirit of reciprocity, the UN/ECE Secretariat will be invited to attend the relevant meetings of the BSEC, in accordance with the established rules and procedures of both organizations.
