Exclusivity of Bargaining Unit Work. The Parties recognize that some amount of bargaining unit work has been done by non- bargaining unit employees. The Parties agree that such a practice shall continue, however, there shall be no expansion of this historical level unless otherwise allowed by this Agreement.
