Executive Outplacement Services. Executive shall be eligible to --------------------------------- participate in the Executive Outplacement Program, which program shall not be less than six (6) months duration measured from Executive's Termination Date.
Executive Outplacement Services. You will be entitled, at the expense of Alliant, to receive outplacement services up to a total amount not to exceed $23,250 (15% of your base salary). You must present invoices for the costs thereof which are (a) not paid for by a prospective or subsequent employer, and (b) incurred prior to the expiration of one (1) year from the effective date of this Agreement.
Executive Outplacement Services. You will be provided access to career outplacement services with VeriSign’s third party outplacement service provider for a period of six months beginning on the Termination Date. During that time, you will be eligible to receive the same level of outplacement services that VeriSign generally offers to executives of your level. Executive Outplacement Services. At your election, the Company shall make monthly payments to the firm of Xxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx for a period of 6 months in order to provide Executive outplacement services to you. Company will provide Employee with a letter of recommendation signed by the President, or the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, of the Company.
Executive Outplacement Services. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, VeriSign will provide you with a payment in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500), which is intended for your use toward outplacement services.
Executive Outplacement Services. Upon receipt of your signed Agreement, you will receive up to 12 months of outplacement services provided by Right Choice, Incorporated.
Executive Outplacement Services. For a period of twelve (12) months following Executive’s date of termination, the Company shall, at the Company’s expense, provide for executive-level outplacement services to Executive, if requested, which shall include at least the following services: (i) resume assistance, (ii) career evaluation and assessment, (iii) individual career counseling, (iv) access to one or more on-line employment databases (with research assistance provided), and (v) administrative support provided Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays.
Executive Outplacement Services. Company shall pay for executive outplacement services with Challenger, Gray and Christmas for you. You must initiate the executive outplacement services benefit on or before June 30, 2020.
Executive Outplacement Services. Bxxxxxxxx shall be entitled to reasonable outplacement services at a level commensurate with his position, including use of an executive office, for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the Termination Date but in no event extending beyond the date on which Bxxxxxxxx commences other full time employment.
Executive Outplacement Services. In consideration of your acceptance of this Agreement, Virco will pay you a lump sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), net of applicable payroll taxes and deductions, in lieu of providing outplacement services. You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for the selection, acquisition and payment of any such services.
