- Exempt Professional Notice. Notices of employment shall be provided to exempt professional employees covered by this Agreement. Each notice shall specify the dates of employment, salary for the employment period and any other details not contained in this Agreement. The notices shall be for a period not to exceed one (1) year commencing the beginning of the fiscal year on July 1 and ending June 30, or for a lesser period. Any conflict between the terms of the notice and this Agreement shall be resolved consistent with the terms of the collectively bargained Agreement.

  • Professional Development Fund A budget item equal to one-half (½) of one (1) percent of employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to:

  • Professional Development Days Upon request, each Employee shall be granted at least three (3) professional development days annually for professional development, at the Basic Rate of Pay. An Employee shall be advised, prior to taking any professional development days of any transportation, registration fees, subsistence and other expenses that will be paid by the Employer. Such hours not used in each fiscal year shall not be carried forward into subsequent years. Applications for such paid professional development opportunities shall be made in writing, to the Employer as early as possible.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.
