Exemptions from Overtime. The duties of certain classes of positions are subject to fluctuations in daily working hours which are not susceptible to administrative control. As a consequence, the Board of Trustees, in accordance with Education Code Section 88026, exempts those classes listed below from overtime compensation for service in excess of eight (8) hours in the workday, but agrees that hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek, or hours worked on a holiday, will be compensated on an overtime basis.
