Exhibit Space Assignment. Upon acceptance by Show Management, Exhibitor will be assigned exhibit space in accordance with the procedures established by Show Management. Exhibitor will not be assigned space until all fees due under this contract have been received and Exhibitor has no outstanding obligations to Show Management. Show Management reserves the right to modify or relocate Exhibitor’s space at anytime if in the best interests of the Event. Exhibitor acknowledges that this contract, including its cancellation provisions, will remain effective even if Show Management exercises its right to modify or relocate Exhibitor’s space.
Exhibit Space Assignment. Assignment of Exhibit Space will be made on a first come, first served basis. ICSC shall assign the Exhibit Space to Exhibitor for the period of the Show. Such assignment is made for the period of this Show only and does not imply that the same or similar space will be held or offered for future shows. ICSC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, close the exhibit or remove the Exhibitor’s property from the Exhibit Space if ICSC determines in its sole discretion that the Exhibitor has violated any part of these Terms, Conditions and Rules.
Exhibit Space Assignment. Exhibit space is assigned with regard to the contracted size and shall be made in the prescribed application submitted to the Organiser with the required deposit (see Terms of Payment for details).
Exhibit Space Assignment. A. Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, share or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted without the written consent of BBW.
B. The Agreement may not be assigned by an exhibitor except in connection with the sale of the business.
Exhibit Space Assignment. AHIMA reserves the right to modify the floor plan or move the Exhibitor exhibit space assignments (Exhibitor “Exhibit Space”) to accommodate floor plan configuration or traffic flow. Please refer to the Exhibit Hall plan on the AHIMA Event platform Website for more information on exhibit space allocations.
Exhibit Space Assignment. Previous year’s exhibitors are given a 30-day priority period to sign up for their preferred Exhibit Space, starting September 4, 2019. After such 30-day period, all sales of Exhibit Space 4831-6033-6459.2 are open to all prospective Exhibitors. If any Exhibitor requests the same space at the same time as another Exhibitor, then Hanger, Inc. reserves the right to make the final determination in its sole discretion and in the best interests of the Meeting.
