Assignment of Exhibit Space. Assignment of Exhibit space is within the sole discretion of Show Management. Show Management will endeavor to assign space in the order requested or assign equivalent available space. Floor plan and space assignments are subject to change by Show Management without notice to Exhibitor.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Subject to the Exhibitor’s compliance at all times with all of the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Rules, including timely delivery of all required payments, the Management grants to the Exhibitor a non-exclusive, temporary, limited, revocable license (the “License”), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, to use certain exhibit space during the Exposition (the “Contracted Space”) in accordance with this Agreement. The Management will notify the Exhibitor of the Contracted Space promptly after it receives all payments due hereunder as provided in Section 6 below. The Management, in its discretion, shall assign the Contracted Space on the basis of, among other things, the date of Application, the Space Renewal Form, the date payment is received, previous participation and diversification of similar exhibits/exhibitors. The Exhibitor agrees that if the Management, at any time and in its sole discretion, deems it necessary to move the Exhibitor to a different exhibit space than the Contracted Space, the Management may do so upon notice to the Exhibitor, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to consider the Exhibitor’s interests and/or input with respect to the selection of alternative exhibit space; the Exhibitor acknowledges, however, that final assignment of alternative exhibit space shall be made by the Management, in its sole discretion. Once the move is completed, the alternative exhibit space shall be deemed the Contracted Space under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Exhibitor is NOT guaranteed any specific exhibit space at the Exposition. With respect to any companies or entities which the Exhibitor has indicated on its Application that the Exhibitor desires to be located near to, or away from, the Management shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; the Exhibitor acknowledges, however, that the Management’s failure to accommodate any such request shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. The Exhibitor may not transfer or sublicense the Contracted Space or any part thereof, and any attempted transfer or sublicense is void and a shall constitute breach of the License and of this Agreement.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. For applications that include a deposit or payment in full, primary consideration for booth space assignment will be given to exhibitors and sponsors on a first-come, first- serve basis, and will ultimately be determined by Women In Trucking.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Booth allocation TBA. Exhibitor whose company is an IAACN Corporate Member is given early booth selection.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. (1.1) The space contracted is to be used solely by the exhibiting company whose name appears on the Exhibitor contract and/or through the software program being used to secure space. It is agreed that the Exhibitor will not sublet or assign any portion of the same.
(1.2) NIRSA retains sole discretion and authority in the acceptance, approval, assignment, placement, arrangement and appearance of all exhibits and displays. No application for display space is accepted or approved until official notification by NIRSA has been granted in writing.
(1.3) Approval of booth space will be determined by NIRSA and may consider associate membership status, sponsorship history, Exhibitor history, order of receipt, and other contributing factors before determining placement.
(1.4) NIRSA reserves the right to relocate display areas for the benefit of the Exhibitor or for the betterment of the show floor at any time.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Exhibitors may consider their space as reserved in the TRS Show (and the TRS Exhibitor Agreement in full effect) upon receiving e-mail confirmation of their application form.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Booth selection priority is determined on a first‐come, first‐served basis within each category, with Diamond choosing first, followed by Platinum, Gold, Silver, then Bronze. Tabletop (Bronze) selection is on a first‐come, first‐served basis. Booth/table preference options are available during registration and will be assigned automatically, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. All exhibit spaces that have been paid in full will be assigned their spaces upon receipt of payment. Space preferences will be accommodated when possible. Previous years’ vendors will be given priority on booth assignments. Xxxxxx County Fair reserves the right to change booth assignments or to move exhibit booths to resolve competitive situations or for any other reason for the good of the overall show or event. No changes will be made without prior notification to the exhibitor(s) involved.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Assignment of Exhibit Space will be made on a first come, first serve basis. ICSC shall assign the Exhibit Space to Exhibitor for the period of the Show. Such assignment is made for the period of this Show only and does not imply that the same or similar space will be held or offered for future shows. ICSC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, close the exhibit or remove the Exhibitor’s property from the Exhibit Space if ICSC determines in its sole discretion that the Exhibitor has violated any part of these Terms, Conditions and Rules.
Assignment of Exhibit Space. Initial assignments of space will be determined by space allocation. Only companies returning the signed contract and required deposit by the designated deadline dates as determined and published by MVP Education are eligible to participate in priority space assignment. Following the initial space allocation, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space shall be assigned by MVP Education in its sole discretion for the Event and for the Event Dates only. Any such assignment does not imply that a similar space will be assigned for future Events. Exposition Management reserves the right to change the floor plan, aisle traffic patterns and flows, entrances and exits or to move an Exhibitor to another booth location prior to, or during the Event, if Exposition Management, in its sole discretion, determines that to do so is in the best interest of the Event or as mandated by Fire Xxxxxxxx, facility, local, state and federal government.
