Existing Buildings - Plan Reviews and Inspections. The Fire Department shall cause all schools, industrial and commercial establishments within the City to be inspected on a periodic basis by qualified personnel in accordance with Section F-106.1 of the Fire Code. New construction projects in existing buildings, including tenant finish and remodel projects, will be reviewed and inspected subject to Fire Department staff availability. Plan review and inspection of construction projects in existing buildings will be in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement. Plan reviews and inspection of existing buildings shall be done in cooperation with City.
