Staff Availability. Each Party shall require its employees and permitted subcontractors engaged in the Research Collaboration to be reasonably available upon reasonable notice during normal business hours at their respective places of employment to consult with the other Party on issues arising during Research Collaboration and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including those relating to regulatory, scientific, and technical issues.

5.1.5 The Timetabling Manager must be notified by the School Timetable Co- ordinater of any specially agreed arrangements.

Staff Availability. The Marina Manager/Dock Masters together with office personnel shall be on site and available during business operating hours. Marina Manager shall generally be onsite Monday through Friday, however, scheduling may vary from time to time.
3.3.1.2.1 Operator shall provide an emergency contact person who is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (“24/7”). Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of the Agreement, Operator shall provide the Contract Administrator with the name(s) and telephone numbers(s) of a management person(s) who will be on call at all times for emergencies or other matters related to the operations under this Agreement. Within five (5) days of any subsequent changes, Operator shall provide the City with such information on new on-call management personnel.
Staff Availability. The District will make every effort to provide clerical coverage in order to provide adequate coverage in schools and offices where in-person staff is not sufficient to maintain services.

Staff Availability. (a) Support The Service Provider is providing various operational support services to the Service Recipient to augment its own first and second line support capabilities. The staffing levels for the services will be determined as part of an annual strategy review between the two parties. Should the support services be disrupted due to a shortage of staff, the Service Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to source additional support personnel.

The Company agrees that its officers and employees will cooperate with the LVMPD in the performance of services under this Contract and will be available for consultation with LVMPD at such reasonable times with advance notice as to not conflict with their other responsibilities.
