Existing Document Review. The CONSULTANT shall review the CITY’s existing record documents, including the following: • Record documents of SCADA system and control network modification work performed for all facilities and remote sites post Aug 2009 • Record documents of the Springtree WWTP SCADA system and control network • Record documents of the Sewage Collection radio communication system. Master site and remote sites • IT record documents detailing network gateways, relevant domain networks, internet gateways, VPN access points and inter-facility communication links, and available IT Master Plan information Using the network drawings produced by MWH during the 2009 SCADA system review, the CONSULTANT shall redline changes and additions noted in the record drawing set and arrange for separate review meetings with the CITY’s IT/IS management team (formal) and the CITY’s Utility Project Manager (informal). At the IT/IS meeting, the CONSULTANT will review and discuss the IT Master Plan to ensure coordination between the CONSULTANT's evaluation and recommendations and the IT Master Plan.   • Agreement Review If, pursuant to section 25.10 (Review of Agreement) of the Bilateral Agreement, the Bilateral Agreement is reviewed after three or five years, or both, of the effective date of the Bilateral Agreement, and any changes to the Bilateral Agreement are required as a result, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with such changes.
