Record Drawing. At the end of construction, the consultant shall prepare a record drawing using the red-lined plans to be provided by the City. The record drawing shall incorporate all changes made during construction in the field to show the actual record of construction.

Record Drawing. Assumptions: • Consultant will be available during construction to address contractor questions, provide field inspections, and/or serve as the Engineer of Record during construction. • Up to one (1) addendums will be provided during bidding. Addendum includes updates to plan sheets, bid sheets, and special provisions. If additional plan revisions are required (other than for design error), OCI can provide as supplemental agreement. • Up to two (2) clarifications will be provided during bidding. • Consultant will review contractor questions, RFI’s and/or submittals and provide recommended responses to the City. Estimate assumes up to 10 responses by Consultant and assumes up to 2- hours per response. • Consultant will provide up to one (1) minor design changes attributed to other than design error (6 hours per change). • Consultant will attend construction meetings and/or site visits. Anticipated meetings include a pre-construction meeting and a final inspection. Estimate assumes up to 8 hours. • Geotechnical Engineer will provide on-call geotechnical engineering support during construction, which is anticipated to include in-office and in-the-field support. From the office, we will review and respond to geotechnical-related contractor’s RFI’s, submittals, and field testing/inspection reports. In the field, a representative of the geotechnical engineer will provide periodic site visits to: observe retaining wall construction; verify subgrade for foundations; and provide recommendations related to geotechnical issues that come up during construction. We have assumed that we will provide the following geotechnical engineering reviews and site visits during construction: o The geotechnical engineer will review of contractor submittals (wall type, plan for assembling, laboratory and field compaction tests as they become available) and respond to related contractor Requests for Information (RFIs). Our estimate assumes we will conduct up to six site visits for this task to: ▪ Observe the placement of the drainage system; and, ▪ Verify backfill placement and compaction efforts. o The geotechnical engineer will submit daily field reports summarizing our observations to Xxxxxx Consulting. We assume that no more than six total part-time site visits will be required through the construction of the retaining wall. Record Drawing. The Consultant shall prepare record drawings when construction work has been completed and accepted by the District. This shall mean the original tracings of the plans will be modified, if necessary, because of deviations from the original work. Modifications to the drawings will be based upon information supplied by the District from their Construction Inspectors, Manager, and/or Contractor. The Consultant shall notify the District of discrepancies. The drawings will become the District property.

  • Letter of Credit Fees The applicable Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Revolving Credit Lender in accordance, subject to Section 2.16, with its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage a Letter of Credit fee (the “Letter of Credit Fee”) for each Letter of Credit equal to the Applicable Rate times the Dollar Equivalent of the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.09. Letter of Credit Fees shall be (i) due and payable on the first Business Day after the end of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the Letter of Credit Expiration Date and thereafter on demand and (ii) computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. If there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the daily amount available to be drawn under each standby Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon the request of the Required Revolving Lenders, while any Event of Default exists, all Letter of Credit Fees shall accrue at the Default Rate.

  • Amount of Funds; Application of Funds Lender may, at any time, collect and hold Funds in an amount up to, but not in excess of, the maximum amount a lender can require under RESPA. Lender will estimate the amount of Funds due in accordance with Applicable Law. The Funds will be held in an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity (including Lender, if Lender is an institution whose deposits are so insured) or in any Federal Home Loan Bank. Lender will apply the Funds to pay the Escrow Items no later than the time specified under RESPA. Lender may not charge Borrower for: (i) holding and applying the Funds; (ii) annually analyzing the escrow account; or (iii) verifying the Escrow Items, unless Lender pays Borrower interest on the Funds and Applicable Law permits Lender to make such a charge. Unless Lender and Borrower agree in writing or Applicable Law requires interest to be paid on the Funds, Lender will not be required to pay Borrower any interest or earnings on the Funds. Lender will give to Borrower, without charge, an annual accounting of the Funds as required by RESPA.
