Expanded IFVDC. In order to ensure the participation of civil society in the follow-up and verification of the agreements, the IFVDC will hold periodic expanded sessions to which it may invite the National Council for Reconciliation and Coexistence and any agreed representation of civil society. The IFVDC will present to the Council and to the other representatives of civil society the progress in the implementation and will receive all the information that they wish to contribute.
