Solution to the Illicit Drugs Problem. The internal conflict in Colombia has a long history spanning a number of decades, which predates and has causes other than the appearance of crops used for illicit purposes on a large scale and the production and sale of illicit drug across the country’s territories. The persistence of the crops is in part linked to the existence of conditions of poverty, marginalisation, weak presence of institutions, as well as the existence of criminal organisations dedicated to drug trafficking. In order to contribute to the aim of laying the foundations for the construction of a stable and long-lasting peace it is necessary, inter alia, to find a definitive solution to the problem of illicit drugs, including crops used for illicit purposes and the production and sale of illicit drugs. We aspire to be a country at peace and without the problem of illicit drugs, and we are aware that the achievement of this aim also depends on agreements and definitions with a global scope by all of the states, in particular by those which have been directly or indirectly affected by this transnational problem. On the basis of the foregoing, the National Government and the FARC-EP consider: That many regions and communities across the country, especially those in conditions of poverty and neglect, have been directly affected by the cultivation, production and sale of illicit drugs, leading to a deepening of their marginalisation, inequality, gender-based violence and a lack of development. That the production and sale of illicit drugs and criminal economies have had serious effects on the Colombian people, in both rural and urban areas, impairing their enjoyment and exercise of their rights and liberties, and that women and young people have been particularly affected by these criminal economies. That these phenomena have a severe influence on specific forms of violence that particularly affect women, victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation and violence resulting from the use of illicit drugs, among others, which requires the training of women in the planning and monitoring of action to combat this kind of violence. That the cultivation, production and sale of illicit drugs have penetrated, fuelled and financed the internal conflict. That institutions at both national and local level have been affected, in their integrity and performarnce, by the corruption associated with drug trafficking.   • Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-­‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Substance Abuse Program The SFMTA General Manager or designee will manage all aspects of the FTA-mandated Substance Abuse Program. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Information to the Union 8.01 The University shall send to the Union an electronic copy of this agreement. 8.02 The University shall provide to a duly appointed representative of the local union with access to a reporting tool through the human resources management system. The reports which will be made available will include: the names, addresses, telephone numbers, rate of pay, completed hours of work, contract dates, and e-mail addresses of each member in the bargaining unit. 8.03 The duly appointed representative of the local union must provide the human resources department with their Ryerson Matrix ID (email) in order for the systems units to set up the appropriate access and security parameters. 8.04 The access to the reporting tool in the human resources management system will eliminate the requirement of providing the union with lists pursuant to the collective agreement, save and except the union dues listing outlined in Article 5 above.

  • CFR PART 200 Procurement of Recovered Materials A non-Federal entity that is a state agency or agency of a political subdivision of a state and its contractors must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines.   • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Name Collision Report Handling 6.3.1 During the first two years after delegation of the TLD, Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available to receive reports, relayed by ICANN, alleging demonstrably severe harm from collisions with overlapping use of the names outside of the authoritative DNS. 6.3.2 Registry Operator shall develop an internal process for handling in an expedited manner reports received pursuant to subsection 6.3.1 under which Registry Operator may, to the extent necessary and appropriate, remove a recently activated name from the TLD zone for a period of up to two years in order to allow the affected party to make changes to its systems.
