Expanded Services – Unspecified – Others. Project requires Dell to contact the payers to review the claims denied due to inaccurate demographics entry of practice that are identified by Athena and tagged under Expanded Services project. Dell will contact the payers Confidential Materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote omissions. and verify the reasons for the claim being denied and make the appropriate changes to the claim to further process. Athena places claims in this workflow in a worklist daily, for processing by the Dell team. Prior to contacting the payer for claim status, claims must first be thoroughly reviewed through a detailed analysis of the claim history, including without limitation (i) review of all events visible from the claim edit page in chronological order to understand the processing to date of each claim, (ii) review of any payments posted or documentation attached to the claim which could impact the dialogue with the payer once contact is established, and (iii) review of all relevant demographic data prior to contacting the payer so that the call agent has a firm understanding of the types of insurance coverage the patient currently has or may have had in the past. The Denials Management team will follow documented workflows supplied by Athena. Whenever possible, reconsideration should be initiated over the phone. Team members must exercise any available opportunity to initiate action over the phone or a follow-up faxed resubmission, which may quickly re-start activity on the claim and to obtain payment. Details of the call and the relevant data points collected for each payer contact event will be updated in athenaNet through (i) direct entry in unique data fields and (ii) creation of an updated claim note, which contains a unique kick code to characterize the information received from the payer and to identify the specific reason for the call.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Portion of Products/Services Available If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC. Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Products due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with DXC’s shipping instructions.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time.   • Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing Identified below are the following: (a) the Consultant’s contract manager for this Approved Service Order, and (b) the Consultant(s) and/or employee(s) of the Consultant who will be principally responsible for providing the services and deliverables. If an individual identified below does not have a current Form 700 on file with the City Clerk for a separate agreement with the City, and is required to file a Form 700, the Consultant must comply with the requirements of Subsection 17.2 of the Master Agreement, entitled “Filing Form 700.”

Subadviser agrees that such records are the property of the Trust, and will be surrendered to the Trust promptly upon request. The Manager shall be granted reasonable access to the records and documents in Subadviser’s possession relating to the Funds. (c) Subadviser shall provide such information as is necessary to enable Manager to prepare and update the Trust’s registration statement (and any supplement thereto) and the Fund’s financial statements. Subadviser understands that the Trust and Manager will rely on such information in the preparation of the Trust’s registration statement and the Fund’s financial statements, and hereby covenants that any such information approved by Subadviser expressly for use in such registration and/or financial statements shall be true and complete in all material respects. (d) Subadviser will vote the Fund’s investment securities in the manner in which Subadviser believes to be in the best interests of the Fund, and shall review its proxy voting activities on a periodic basis with the Trustees.
