Expanded Services definition

Expanded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

Expanded Services means providing services to additional students or subpopulations, or providing additional interventions for specific health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes or Obesity.

Expanded Services. A covered service provided by the Contractor which is currently a non-covered service(s) by the State SCHIP Plan or is an additional covered service furnished by the Contractor to members for which the Contractor receives no additional capitated payment, and is offered to members in accordance with the standards and other requirements set forth in this Contract. FTE - A full time equivalent position FQHC - A South Carolina licensed health center is certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and receives Public Health Services grants. Examples of Expanded Services in a sentence

• Expanded Services — A service covered by the Health Plan for which it receives no direct payment from the Agency.

• Upon the receipt of any such request, and before any development or deployment of any Expanded Services, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith regarding the request for any such Expanded Services, including, without limitation, with respect to the appropriate schedule for any development and deployment, and the relevant business terms (e.g., the amount of any payments for any development, the revenue model for the Expanded Services, etc.).

• The Health Plan shall not require a co-payment or cost sharing for services listed in Section V.A., Covered Services, Section V.B., Optional Services, if provided, or Section V.C., Expanded Services, nor may the Health Plan charge Enrollees for missed appointments.

• If and when the Parties reach agreement on the terms and conditions related to the development and deployment of such Expanded Services, each Party shall allocate development and deployment resources on a high priority basis towards the development and deployment of an updated version of the applicable ICQ IP Telephony Software to support such Expanded Services in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties.

• TABLE 6 Effective Date: 09/01/12 – 08/31/15 Non-Reform Expanded Services Up to $25 credit per household each month for selected over the counter drugs and/or health supplies.

• In such event, ICQ may in its discretion request that N2P develop or deploy or assist with the development or deployment of any such Expanded Services.

• In the event that UA notifies Company that it is not interested in obtaining the right to conduct the Expanded Services, the Company shall use its best efforts to collaborate with UA in selecting a qualified third-party contractor.

• In addition to the foregoing, AOL shall have the right to request, from time to time during the Term, that N2P provide AOL with additional SDKs which shall contain such source code (as necessary), object code, and/or other applicable technology necessary to allow AOL to integrate any and all additional AIM IP Telephony Services (e.g., the Optional Services, and/or the Expanded Services ) designated by AOL within the AIM Client.
