Expedition of Grievances. If the PEA and the Superintendent agree, Step 2 and/or Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure may be by-passed and the grievance brought directly to the next step. Class grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving an administrator above the immediate supervisory level may be filed by the PEA at Step 3.
