EXPENSE OF ENFORCEMENT. The Company shall reimburse reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by the Employee to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, even if his claims are not successful, provided they are not ultimately determined by the court to be frivolous.

EXPENSE OF ENFORCEMENT. In the event of any legal action with respect to this Lease, the prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees, including attorney fees incurred at the trial level, including action in bankruptcy court, on appeal or review, or incurred without action, suits or proceedings, together with all costs and expenses incurred in pursuit thereof.
EXPENSE OF ENFORCEMENT. If either party brings an action at law or in equity to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs in addition to any other remedy granted.
