Experience Increments and Degree Changes. In compliance with section 380.1250 of the Revised School Code, payment of the experience increments and compensation for degree changes and additional hours of coursework shall only be made for employees whose job performance, evaluated through a rigorous, transparent, and fair evaluation system, has been deemed at a level of effectiveness to warrant continued employment by the Board. Such payments will commence at the beginning of each school year for the duration of the contract.
