EXPIRY OF THE CARD. 9.1 Your Card will expire on the Expiry Date. On that date, subject to clause 9.2 below, this Agreement will terminate in accordance with clause 11, the Card will cease to function and You will not be entitled to use the Card.
9.2 In some cases, We may issue a new Card to You shortly before the Expiry Date, however, We are not obligated to do so, and may elect not to issue a replacement Card at Our sole discretion. If We do issue a new Card, a new Expiry Date will apply and the new Card will expire on that Expiry Date.
9.3 If You do not wish to receive a replacement Card, You may terminate the Agreement free of charge as set out in clause 11.3.
EXPIRY OF THE CARD. 11.1. The Card expires on the last day of the month of the year embossed on the Card. Use of an expired Card is prohibited but does not affect the Cardholder’s obligation to pay for any goods or services obtained with the Card.
11.2. card complete will issue a new Card before the existing Card expires.
EXPIRY OF THE CARD. 16.1. The Card will expire on the Expiry Date. On that date, subject to clause 16.2 below, the Card will cease to function and the Cardholder will not be entitled to use the Card.
16.2. Pleo may issue a new Card shortly before the Expiry Date, however, Xxxx is not obligated to do so, and may elect not to issue a replacement Card at Xxxx’s sole discretion. If Pleo does issue a new Card, a new Expiry Date will apply, and the new Card will expire on that Expiry Date.
16.3. If the Customer does not wish to receive a replacement Card, the Customer may inform Customer Services in accordance with clause 33 prior to the expiry of the Card.

7.2 In some cases, We may issue a new Card to You shortly before the Expiry Date, however We are not obligated to do so, and may elect not to issue a replacement Card at our sole discretion. If we do issue a new Card, a new expiry Date will apply and the new Card will expire on that Expiry Date.
7.3 Any arrangements for the issue of a replacement Card in accordance with Condition 8.2 above, will be described on Our Website. The “cooling off” period described in Condition 9 will not apply to any replacement Card issued by Us.
7.4 Although the initial duration of the Agreement expires on the Expiry Date, due to the fact that it is possible for the Agreement to be extended, as set out in clause 8.2, We will treat the Agreement as an indefinite Agreement for the purposes of payment regulation and will not charge You a redemption fee if you terminate the Agreement before the Expiry Date. Your right to cancel the Agreement in clause 10.3 remains unaffected.

EXPIRY OF THE CARD. 15.1. Your Card will expire on the Expiry Date. The Card will cease to function and You will not be entitled to use the Card.
15.2. Usually we will issue you a new card shortly before the card expires with the approval of TPML. This does not apply if :
(a) You are in arrears with the fees under clause 42;
(b) You have overdrawn your account;
(c) We have a specific, indicative suspicion of fraudulent or other criminally relevant behaviour on your part in relation to your use of the card;
(d) You otherwise violate essential provisions of this contract. When we issue a new Card, it has a new expiry date and the new card expires on that date. This does not affect the duration of the contract (see Clause 32). If you do not pay a current fee to cover our costs, we are not obliged to issue a new Card. If your Card has not been used in the eight weeks before its expiry date, you will receive an email asking if you wish to replace the Card and retain any existing balance on it. If you ask us to do so, a replacement card will be issued to you within two weeks. A card replacement fee may apply.
15.3. If You do not wish to receive a replacement card at the time of Your current card’s expiry, You may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Clause 32.
