Extended Contract The in-school work year of employees contracted on a twelve-month (12) basis shall not exceed two hundred forty-four (244) days.
Extended Contracts A. In the event the number of days in a MBU’s contract is extended, that MBU shall be paid at the daily rate of 1/207 of their scheduled salary per additional day. MBUs on an extended contract shall receive all holidays and benefits received by MBUs during the school year.
Extended Coverage (a) The provisions of this Article shall also apply to employees defined in Clause 13.01(c)(ii), provided they do not refuse alternate employment within fifty (50) kilometres of their place of work. The provisions of Clause 12.05(c) applies to such alternate employment.
Extended Child Care Leave Upon completion of maternity, adoption and/or parental leave, including any extension to such leaves, a regular employee will be entitled, upon written application, to a leave of absence without pay to care for the child. Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.
