Extended Health Care Benefits. The Employer shall provide all employees who have completed three (3) months waiting period with an Extended Health Care Plan. The Employer shall pay 75% of the premiums for full-time employees and 50% of the premiums for part-time employees. Extended Health Benefits shall be paid in accordance with Appendix βAβ of this Collective Agreement. Additionally, vision care will be paid at $250.00 per twenty-four (24) months. Part-time employees who are not eligible to participate in the benefit plans under Article 21 shall receive four percent (4%) of their regular rate of pay per hour in lieu of those benefits.
