A-10.01 Extended health care benefits includes, but is not restricted to, the following: 80% coverage for each of the following: - Hospital Care - Outside of Canada Emergency Medical Treatment 50% coverage for: - Referral outside Canada for Medical Treatment Available in Canada $500.00 maximum coverage per calendar year for each of the following Professional Services: - Chiropractor - Osteopath - Podiatrist - Massage therapist - Naturopath - Speech Therapist - Physiotherapist - Psychologist Hearing Aides to the maximums allowed by the Plan
