Common use of Extended Health Care Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care. The Employer shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums of the Extended Health care plan (one million lifetime maximum), which shall include hospital co-insurance, eyeglass coverage and hearing aids. Eyeglass coverage shall be a maximum of $400.00 every two (2) years for each family member.
