Semi-Private Sample Clauses

Semi-Private. Shall be defined as a class of accommodations in a Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility in which at least two (2) patient beds are available per room.

Semi-Private. The Hospital agrees to pay 100% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible employees in the active employ of the Hospital under the Blue Cross Semi-Private Plan in effect as of September 28, 1993 or comparable coverage with another carrier.

Semi-Private. Subject to meeting appropriate enrollment requirements, the Hospital agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium for coverage of eligible employees for Semi-Private insurance for each employee eligible for coverage.

Semi-Private. B.6.3.1 The Board shall pay 100% of the premium cost of semi-private hospital coverage for all full-time employees.

Semi-Private. The Board will pay to the extent of 100% the premium for Manulife Hospital Plan semi-private or its equivalent.

Semi-Private. Hospital Benefit Claim must be filed within ninety (90) days of the date of hospitalization. Standard claim forms are available at all hospitals. Benefits will be paid to you unless you complete the appropriate section of this form to assign benefits to the hospital.
