Common use of Extended Health Care Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care. The Employer will maintain in good standing the Extended Health Care Plan which is in existence at the time of this agreement for which the Employer shall pay 100% of the monthly premium for all regular employees and their families. The employee shall pay a $75 deductible per family per year effective January 1, 2016. An employee shall be eligible for coverage under this plan from the first of the month following the month in which the employee completes six continuous months of employment.
