Extended Leave for Military Leave Sample Clauses

Extended Leave for Military Leave. A leave of absence shall be granted a bus driver who is inducted or enlists for one period of enlistment in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States. Reinstatement upon completion of such service shall be in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the United States. Regular salary increments shall accrue.

  • Military Leave An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.
