Extension of Licence. 4.1 The LICENSOR may extend, if deemed expedient, the period of LICENCE by 10 years at one time, upon request of the LICENSEE, if made during 19th year of the Licence period on terms mutually agreed. The decision of the LICENSOR shall be final in regard to the grant of extension.

Extension of Licence. The LICENCE is extendable by a period of five years, subject to satisfactory performance in accordance with terms and conditions of the License particularly in regard to QOS parameters.
Extension of Licence. This licence is valid initially for a period of FIFTEEN YEARS unless terminated earlier. If requested by the LICENSEE, extension may be granted by the LICENSOR at suitable terms for a period of five years or more at a time. The decision of the LICENSOR shall be final in the matter.
