Extension of Licence. 4.1 The LICENSOR may extend, if deemed expedient, the period of LICENCE by 10 years at one time, upon request of the LICENSEE, if made during 19th year of the Licence period on terms mutually agreed. The decision of the LICENSOR shall be final in regard to the grant of extension.
Extension of Licence. The LICENCE is extendable by a period of five years, subject to satisfactory performance in accordance with terms and conditions of the License particularly in regard to QOS parameters.
Extension of Licence. This licence is valid initially for a period of FIFTEEN YEARS unless terminated earlier. If requested by the LICENSEE, extension may be granted by the LICENSOR at suitable terms for a period of five years or more at a time. The decision of the LICENSOR shall be final in the matter. Such request for extension may be made during 14th year of Licence and in any case before expiry of 14 years from effective date. If no request for extension is received by then, the licence shall automatically stand terminated as per due date. The licence will ordinarily be renewed on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the LICENSOR.

Upon notice from Food Services to Partnership pursuant to Section 7.1(1) or Section 7.1(3), or upon the adoption of standards pursuant to Section 7.3, Schedule B shall be deemed to include such trade mark or extension or addition and same shall be deemed to be an A&W Xxxx and to be licenced hereunder.
Extension of Licence. 3.1 The Licensee shall have the option to purchase an extension to their non-exclusive license to use the Work, for an additional fee of [£]
(a) for a period of 12 months immediately following the period described in 1.1 above, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
(b) This payment shall be additional to and not on account of any original purchase payable under the terms of this agreement.
3.2 This option must be exercised no later than 3 months before the period of rights set out in 1.1 above, or any subsequent rights period. This option will expire if not exercised and all rights herein to the Work shall revert back to Greenwich Dance.
Extension of Licence other circumstances
(1) An exploration licence holder may apply to the Minister for an extension of the term of the licence if, under section 121, the Minister—
(a) suspends a licence condition; or
(b) exempts the holder from complying with a licence condition.
(2) The application must be made not later than 30 days before the licence expires.
Extension of Licence. Not applicable.
Extension of Licence. If the User wishes to take a new licence from the Owner for a further period of time not exceeding one year from the expiration of this licence, the User should give written notice to the Owner’s agent not less than three months prior to the expiration of this licence. In the event that the Owner is willing to grant a new licence, the licence fee may be reviewed, a new licence agreement must be signed and evidence of current Public Liability Insurance must be provided and maintained during the term of the licence agreement.
Extension of Licence. Where the Project Proponent gives a notice under clause 6(b), this Construction Licence will continue in respect of the Licensed Construction Areas not forming part of the Leased Area specified in the Project Proponent's notice under clause 6(b), until the extended date specified in the Project Proponent's notice under clause 6(b).
