Construction Areas definition

Construction Areas means the construction worksites, construction car parks, and any areas licensed for construction or on which Construction Works are carried out.
Construction Areas means those parts of the Property which the Lessee reasonably requires to occupy for purposes of constructing the Power Plant on a short-term basis and consisting of the Lay-down Area and Contractor’s Site Office as referred to in the SDP – which areas are required on a temporary basis and are not categorised as Project Site intended for permanent inclusion in this Lease;
Construction Areas means the construction worksites, construction car parks, and any areas licensed for construction or on which Construction Works are carried out, including without limitation, the tunnel worksites and any spoil conveyor.

Construction Areas means the Premises and those parts of the Landlord's Property of which possession is reasonably required by the Tenant from time to time for the carrying out of the Works, as shown indicatively on Plan [ ].
Construction Areas. Cold Shell Manufacturing Area: 2,600 square meters (27,986 square feet). Parking and loading areas: An exterior parking lot for eighteen vehicles and one loading dock, complying accessibility requirements as per local codes. Loading area with dock for one container. Manufacturing Area: Number of floors: One floor (ground level). Structure: Made of either pre-cast reinforced concrete or metal columns, beams, girders and gutters, with a 32 meter maximum span between columns. Minimum clearance up to the lowest part of the roof beams is 6.5 meters. Design complies with Costa Rican Seismic Code, Revision 2010 (latest version). This structure is not intended to support any additional overloads, other than those required by Costa Rican Seismic Code. Any overload to be applied to this structure must be submitted to Coyol Free Zone’s structural engineer for approval (see Upgrades to Building Shell section below).
Construction Areas shall collectively mean: (a) the portions of the first (1st ) and second (2nd) floors of “Building A”; (b) the portions of the first (1st) and second (2nd) floors of “Building B”; and (c) the portions of the first (lst) and third (3rd) floors of “Building C” delineated without cross-hatching on Exhibit “B” attached hereto. The portion of the Premises not consisting of the Construction Areas or Tenant Common Areas (as defined below) which are delineated with cross-hatching on Exhibit “B” attached hereto shall hereinafter sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Remaining Premises.” From and after January 31, 2005, Tenant shall be permitted to use, on a non-exclusive basis with Landlord, the entrances to the Buildings, interior corridors, restrooms, stairways and elevators more particularly shown in yellow on Exhibit “B” attached hereto (collectively, “Tenant Common Area”) as necessary to provide access to and use of the Remaining Premises. In addition, Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable access from the Tenant Common Area or from the exterior of the Building to the elevator in Building “C” to allow tenant access to the second and third floors of Building “C”. Tenant’s use of the Building “C” elevator shall be in common with Landlord’s construction personnel. Landlord may from time to time, upon prior notice to Tenant, change the access route to the Building “C” elevator to accommodate Landlord’s construction requirements. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree and acknowledge that, from and after January 31, 2005, the term “Premises” as used in this Lease shall refer only to the Remaining Premises less any Vacated Space (as defined below) vacated and surrendered from time to time under Section 5(b) below. Notwithstanding the termination of the Lease as to the Construction Areas, until May 31, 2005, Tenant shall be entitled to use, on a non-exclusive basis, the (i) data Center located on the Second (2nd) floor of “Building B” for the sole purpose of maintaining its telephone “PBX” therein (“PBX Room”) and (ii) the Intermediate Distribution Frame room located on the first floor of Building “B” for purposes of maintaining Tenant’s communications cabling (“IDF Room”). Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord will require exclusive access to both the PBX Room and IDF Room not later than June 1, 2005 in order to perform Improvement Work in such areas to prepare the Project for Tenant’s occupancy and use. Related to Construction Areas

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
