Extension of Noncompetition Period. The Noncompetition Period shall be automatically extended by the length of time (if any) in which the EMPLOYEE is in violation of any of the terms of this Paragraph 13.
Extension of Noncompetition Period. The Non-Competition Period shall be automatically extended by the length of time (if any) in which the Executive is in violation of any of the terms of this Section 19.
Extension of Noncompetition Period. The Noncompetition Period referred to in Section 3.02 hereof shall be extended by the length of time during which the Executive shall have admitted or been found by the court of competent jurisdiction to have been in breach of the terms of the such Section.

Extension of Noncompetition Period. If any Covenantor or Affiliate thereof violates this Agreement and Buyer secures appropriate injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, the Noncompetition Period for any such Covenantor shall be computed anew from the date judicial relief is afforded to Buyer but reduced by the time expired between the date the initial Noncompetition Period commenced and the date of the first violation by the Covenantor or its Affiliate.
Extension of Noncompetition Period. In the event of a breach by the Seller of any covenant set forth in this Agreement limited by the term of the Noncompetition Period, the term of the Noncompetition Period as applied to such breached covenant shall be extended by the period of the duration of such breach. If Buyer or the Company obtains actual knowledge of such breach by the Seller, Buyer or the Company shall provide notice to the Seller of such breach as promptly as reasonably possible; provided, that Buyer’s or the Company’s failure to provide the Seller with such notice shall not serve as a waiver of any of Buyer’s or the Company’s rights hereunder.
Extension of Noncompetition Period. The Noncompetition Period shall be automatically extended with respect to any member of the Company Control Group who has Breached, or attempted to Breach, any of the covenants set forth in Sections 11.1 or 11.6 by a period of time equal to the period of time during which such member of the Company Control Group Breached, or attempted to Breach, Sections 11.1 or 11.6.
Extension of Noncompetition Period. The noncompetition and nonsolicitation period described in Section 7(b) above shall be extended to a period of five years following the date you become a Consulting Employee (the “Consulting Noncompetition Period”). After the Consulting Noncompetition Period ends, you will no longer be bound by the noncompetition and nonsolicitation provisions of Section 7(b).
Extension of Noncompetition Period. In the first line of Section 10.04, "thirty-six (36) months" is replaced with "forty-eight (48) months".
Extension of Noncompetition Period. The Executive agrees that his noncompetion agreement with the Company will be amended to provide that, in the event that the Executive's employment is terminated during the Employment Period and prior to April 1, 2008, the noncompetition period shall be 24 months.
6. The remaining provisions of the Employment Agreement shall not be changed.
