First violation definition

First violation as used in this section, means the first occurrence of a violation within a twelve month time period.
First violation. A written warning.
First violation means the first finding by the administrative tribunal that a particular employer has violated the Transportation Benefits Law since July 1, 2016.

Examples of First violation in a sentence

  • First violation: A written warning will be issued to Resident specifying the complaint, a $250.00 charge will be assessed against Resident and the Landlord may, in its discretion, declare Resident to be in default under the Lease Agreement.

First violation means the first time the department imposes a penalty under this section, regardless of the number of individuals the private employer hired in violation of Subsection 63G-12-301(1).
