EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 6.1 YOU will be entitled at any time during the initial period to orally extend the RENTAL PERIOD;
6.2 This extension will however only be valid if confirmed by US in writing.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. If you are interested in extending the rental period, you agree to contact The J Group Ltd. to inquire if this is possible, otherwise clothing will be returned on the specified date & time on the booking form.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. In the event Lessee desires to extend the Rental Period beyond the expiration date stated on the first page of this Rental Agreement, Lessee shall immediately make a written request to Rocrents for such extension, including the proposed expiration date for such extension. Upon written approval of such extension by the Rocrents, Lessee and Rocrents will execute a written extension setting forth the terms of such extension. Unless otherwise indicated in such written extension, all terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement shall apply during the extension. In the event Lessee does not return the Equipment upon the expiration of the Rental Period and any approved extension, the Lessee’s obligations to pay Rental Charges and observe the terms of this Rental Agreement, shall continue until such time as the Equipment is returned. In addition, Rocrents shall be entitled to pursue any and all of its rights, remedies and damages for such failure to timely return the Equipment.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 6.1 You will be entitled at any time during the initial period to extend the rental period orally, via telephonic communication to any one of our offices.
6.2 This extension will however only be valid if made within 2(two) hours of the time at which the vehicle is to be returned, together with an additional payment which has been paid / secured.
6.3 This oral extension will be recorded for reference purposes to protect both of our rights.
6.4 It is your obligation to obtain a reference number in respect of any valid oral extension.
6.5 We reserve the right to request that the vehicle first be inspected prior to any extension being authorized.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. The renter may at any time during the initial rental period apply to extend such rental period verbally (Provided it is subsequently and within 48 hours confirmed by fax or e-mail by the renter) and the renter agrees that any extension so noted by a representative of the Licensee on the Licensee’s records will correctly reflect such extension, and notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary the original rental agreement will be regarded as so amended. All extensions are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the licensee.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 12.1 Within a period of not more than 90 (ninety days) prior to the expiration of the Lease Period, with a written notification, the Tenant may ask the Owner to extend the Rental Period, with the Rental Price, terms and conditions the same as This agreement.
12.2 Based on a letter of request from the Tenant, the Owner can submit a written amendment to the Rental Price, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, namely within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the Charterer's request letter, as provided for in article 12.1 above.
12.3 Within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the amendment letter from the Owner as stipulated in article 12.2 above, the Tenant must immediately provide assurance to extend the Term of the Lease by accepting the terms of the amendment to the Agreement to the Owner.
12.4 If the Tenant fails to comply with the provisions regarding the time limit as stated in articles 12.1 and 12.3 above, the Owner has the right to rent out the Rental Space for rent by a third party.
12.5 If there is no agreement between the Owner and Lessee regarding the Rental Price for an extension of the Rental Period; then the lease term will not be extended after the end of the Lease Period.
12.6 The Owner has the right not to re-lease the Rental Room to the Tenant or withdraw his agreement to extend the Rental Period with the Tenant if the remaining terms of the Rental Period are available, the Tenant violates the terms and conditions and / or obligations in this Agreement.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 5.1 The USER will be entitled to extend the INITIAL RENTAL PERIOD within the last 3 (three) months of the INITIAL RENTAL PERIOD providing such request to extend the RENTAL PERIOD is committed to writing and is acknowledged in writing by the RENTOR. The monthly rental amount that will be applicable after the INITIAL RENTAL PERIOD has expired will be advised to the USER in such writing acknowledgement from the RENTOR and will be of full force and effect from the date of the written acceptance by the USER;
5.2 The USER will be provided with a Rental Agreement extension reference number by the RENTOR.

5.2 This extension will however only be valid if confirmed by US in writing.
5.3 Without written confirmation your rental extension will be deemed as not xxxxxx- xxxx and you will be liable to return the vehicle on the initial return date.
