EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 6.1 YOU will be entitled at any time during the initial period to orally extend the RENTAL PERIOD;
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. In the event Lessee desires to extend the Rental Period beyond the expiration date stated on the first page of this Rental Agreement, Lessee shall immediately make a written request to Rocrents for such extension, including the proposed expiration date for such extension. Upon written approval of such extension by the Rocrents, Lessee and Rocrents will execute a written extension setting forth the terms of such extension. Unless otherwise indicated in such written extension, all terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement shall apply during the extension. In the event Lessee does not return the Equipment upon the expiration of the Rental Period and any approved extension, the Lessee’s obligations to pay Rental Charges and observe the terms of this Rental Agreement, shall continue until such time as the Equipment is returned. In addition, Rocrents shall be entitled to pursue any and all of its rights, remedies and damages for such failure to timely return the Equipment.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. If you are interested in extending the rental period, you agree to contact The J Group Ltd. to inquire if this is possible, otherwise clothing will be returned on the specified date & time on the booking form. Lost/Damaged The J Group Ltd. must be notified immediately of any missing items. If any of the clothing is lost, stolen, damaged or is not returned for any reason, the renter will be liable for replacement costs. Any damages outside of normal wear and tear will also be assessed on a case by case basis. The J Group Ltd. has full discretion on assessed damages and the renter is liable for repair or replacement costs. I agree that The J Group Ltd., requires a credit card on file for any person renting clothing/equipment. This card can be used for payment for the rental and, in the event of any lost or damaged goods at the time the rental is returned, this credit card will be used to process the charges. The J Group Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to contact the renter before any charges are initiated. Credit card information will be destroyed upon the rental return and processing of payment. EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. 6.1. You will be entitled at any time during the initial period to extend the rental period orally, via telephonic communication to any one of our offices.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. The renter may at any time during the initial rental period apply to extend such rental period verbally (Provided it is subsequently and within 48 hours confirmed by fax or e-mail by the renter) and the renter agrees that any extension so noted by a representative of the Licensee on the Licensee's records will correctly reflect such extension, and notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary the original rental agreement will be regarded as so amended. All extensions are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the licensee.

TERMINATION 7.1 WE will be entitled to terminate this AGREEMENT if YOU and/or the DRIVER commit any breach of this AGREEMENT. WE will then be entitled to the immediate return of the VEHICLE, and furthermore any amount then and there owing by YOU to US will become immediately due and payable. 7.2 Both YOUR and OUR rights and obligations under this AGREEMENT will continue to be in full force and effect until such time as the VEHICLE has been returned to US in terms of this AGREEMENT and YOU have complied with all YOUR obligations in terms hereof. 8. INDEMNITY 8.1 Save as is provided for in law and provided that there was no negligence on OUR part, WE will not be liable for any damage and/or injury and/or death arising out of any defect in and/or mechanical failure of the VEHICLE, nor for any loss or damages to any property transported in or left in the VEHICLE, nor for any damages, injury, death, consequential loss, loss of profits, or any other damages which the RENTER or the DRIVER or any person transported in the VEHICLE may suffer arising out of this AGREEMENT. 9.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. Owner may extend the period of rental at the request of the Renter. The renter will pay such additional deposit or deposits, as the Owner shall require. In the event of extension(s) the new date and time agreed for the return of the Vehicle shall then become the due back date save where the context otherwise admits. In no event shall the duration of the rental exceed three months in the aggregate.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. The hirer may with the agreement of the PCC extend the period of rental by paying such additional amount as the PCC shall require. Any such extension shall commence from the Completion Time or, in the case of a second or further extension, the expiration of the preceding extension and shall expire at the agreed extended time and date. In the event of such extension(s) the new time and date agreed for the end of hire of the Piano shall then become the Completion Time and Date.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD. If the user wishes to extend the rental period, he/she can contact The Scouter’s Gaddi Buddies. • Please note extension of rides is possible only in the case when there is no subsequent booking. For extending beyond 6 hours, the user must make the payment before extension is approved. No discounts shall be offered on the extended period of time. Additional charges will be levied as follows: Delay Charges • A delay of 15 minutes over the rental period is permissible for the return of xxxxxxxxxx.Xx the case of further delay, ( Rs 50 x late hours + double the hourly charges) for bikes .The charges for the time period of delay will be calculated as per usual rates. We are doing this to protect next user's ride experience.
