Extra Curricular Programs and Activities. The Union and the Employer recognize that the involvement of faculty in extra-curricular programs and activities contribute significantly toward a positive, integrated learning environment. Extra curricular programs and activities are those which normally occur beyond the assigned contact hours. Faculty are encouraged to participate in extra curricular activities; however, the Employer recognizes that such involvement is voluntary.
