Extra Duty Compensation. 13.1 Bargaining unit members should have reasonably equal loads. Administrative assignments should attempt to equalize the time and energy expended on the job. In certain cases where duties require time and energy beyond the normal assignment, extra-duty compensation shall be given. (See Appendix E) 13.2 Assignments, for which extra-duty compensation shall be given, fall into the following four classifications. No staff member shall assume more than two Class I and/or Class II assignments.
