Extra Weekly Hours. The Union and the Employer further agree to allow our members/your employees covered under the CUPE Local 5167 Lodges Collective Agreement to voluntarily work overtime beyond their regularly scheduled work week to a level beyond sixty (60) hours per week as outlined in the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and its regulations and, where applicable, the Long Term Care Act and its regulations.
