ez-link Facility. If your Card incorporates the ez-link Facility, you further acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out below which are applicable to Cards which incorporate the ez-link Facility, including clauses, 4.1, 10.3, 14, 15.1A, 18.6, 18.7, 19, 20.1(b), 21.3, 21.8 and 21.12 below and as may be amended from time to time. You must always refer to the terms and conditions governing the use of ez-link Facility as published on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx for the most updated version.
ez-link Facility. You may use the Card to carry out EZ-Link transactions during the validity period specified on the Card. These transactions will be effected by you on the Card using the EZ-Link Facility. You acknowledge that the Card incorporates an EZ-Link stored value facility in, of which EZ-Link Pte Ltd is the holder and operator, which enables the users thereof to pay for the travel on public transport and goods and services provided by authorised merchants.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. NOTWITHSTANDING THE WILLINGNESS OF PRUDENTIAL TO CONSIDER PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES BY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATES, THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO ON THE EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING THAT NEITHER PRUDENTIAL NOR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE SHALL BE OBLIGATED TO MAKE OR ACCEPT OFFERS TO PURCHASE SHELF NOTES, OR TO QUOTE RATES, SPREADS OR OTHER TERMS WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES, AND THE FACILITY SHALL IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY PRUDENTIAL OR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.
