Facility Data. The Company will use the Facility Data only to provide the Services and only as permitted by this Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B. Facility shall have sole responsibility and liability for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the Facility Data.

Facility Data. The Website may contain forms or fields that allow you to enter, submit or transmit to HQF data related to your facility (“Facility Data”) on or through the Website. You understand and agree that any Facility Data provided by you on or through the Website will not be made public for other users to access and view and that only HQF will have the ability and/or right to access, view or use such Facility Data. Facility Data does not include “protected health information” as that term is defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191, and its related regulations and amendments from time to time (collectively, “HIPAA”). You grant HQF and our service providers and each of their respective successors and assigns, the fully transferable and sublicenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any Facility Data you submit on or through the Website for research purposes. You represent and warrant that: • you have obtained all necessary consents, permits, authorizations and approvals to submit or provide any Facility Data to HQF on or through the Website; • you own or control all rights in and to the Facility Data and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns; • any Facility Data submitted or provided to HQF on or through the Website shall be accurate, truthful and appropriate; • you shall only access the Website from locations in the United States;

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. At any time, the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes stated in Section 1.2, minus the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to such time, minus the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes (as hereinafter defined) which have not yet been purchased and sold hereunder prior to such time, is herein called the “Available Facility Amount” at such time.   • Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • Commitment Charge; Credit (a) The Borrower shall pay a commitment charge on the unwithdrawn amount of the Loan at the rate and on the terms specified in the Loan Agreement.
