Facility Output. All output, rights, and other tangible or intangible benefits derived from the Facility, whatsoever, including without limitation all Energy, Capacity Rights and Environmental Attributes, whether received by SCPPA under or pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement or other applicable Project Agreement.

Facility Output. During the Delivery Term, in accordance with and unless expressly excused by the provisions of this Agreement, Seller shall deliver to Avista and Avista shall receive from Seller all the Delivered Facility Output and Environmental Attributes associated with the Facility (together, the “Total Output”).
Facility Output. All output, rights, and other tangible or intangible benefits, whatsoever, derived from the Facility and received by SCPPA, including without limitation, all Energy (including Facility Energy, Delivered Energy and Excess Energy as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement), Capacity Rights and Environmental Attributes, whether received by SCPPA under or pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement or other applicable Project Agreement or derived from the Facility by SCPPA as owner following SCPPA’s purchase of the Facility. The term Facility Output is synonymous with the term “Products” as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement.
