In the event of any emergency involving the Combined Facility endangering life or property, Contractor shall take such action as may be reasonable and necessary to prevent, avoid, or mitigate injury, damage, or loss and shall, as soon as practicable, report any such incidents, including Contractor's response thereto, to Owner.
A general category of costs associated with the Operation and maintenance of the Combined Facility excluding Direct Management Costs, Direct Labor Costs, Direct Subcontracted Services Costs, and Acceptable Fuel.
Contractor shall maintain all records pertaining to the Combined Facility consistent with Owner's Requirements and retain such records for a minimum period of three (3) years.
