Fair Play o Doping means the use of prohibited substances in order to raise the competing abilities, or hiding the use of prohibited substances. o Fair play in accordance with the competition rules is the major premise of all sports. Doping is an act against the spirit of fair play and is regarded as dishonest behavior.
