Fair Play. For the auction marketplace to work properly, the Auction and its Customers must conduct themselves with integrity. We do our part by living our corporate values. We expect you to do your part by conducting your business at the Auction fairly and honestly.
Fair Play o Doping means the use of prohibited substances in order to raise the competing abilities, or hiding the use of prohibited substances. o Fair play in accordance with the competition rules is the major premise of all sports. Doping is an act against the spirit of fair play and is regarded as dishonest behavior.
Fair Play. In entering into this Agreement the parties agree that it is impracticable to make provisions for every contingency that may arise during the term of this Agreement and it is their mutual intention that this Agreement shall operate between them with fairness and without prejudice to the interest of the other, and that if in the course of the performance of this Agreement unfairness or prejudice or obvious hardship to any party is expected or disclosed then the parties will use all reasonable endeavors to agree upon such action as may be necessary to remove or modify such unfairness or prejudice.
