Personal Training / Leagues Participant may not solicit or conduct any personal training on the premises, with or without compensation. You may not organize your own informal or formal sports leagues, tournaments, or programs, including but not limited to basketball, tennis, swim lessons, competitive swim training, volleyball, and pickleball. XXXX retains sole discretion to determine whether a member or guest is engaged in personal training or league type activity.
Proper Attire. I agree to the following dress guidelines for my safety. This includes: Long pants (to protect your legs from livestock and equipment). Students are not allowed to wear excessively baggy pants. These can cause you to trip or become entangled in livestock or equipment. Pants must be secure at the waist. Closed toe shoes (to protect your feet from livestock and equipment). Open toed shoes, flip-flops, sandals, loose fitting or poorly fitting shoes are not allowed. No skin piercing, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or any other jewelry may be worn in the livestock areas. There is a very real danger of the jewelry becoming entangled in animals or equipment leading to injury or death. All long hair must be pulled back and secured. Long hair can become entangled in animals or equipment causing scalping or the injuries. No strongly scented perfumes, aftershaves, lotions or hair care products may be worn in the livestock areas. There is a very real danger of these products causing animals or insects to become unpredictable and cause injury.
