Fallen Trees. (1) If circumstances of a loss meet those specified in (2) below, we will pay your reasonable expense, up to $1000, for the removal from the "residence prem- ises" of: (a) Your tree(s) felled by the peril of Windstorm Or Hail or Weight Of Ice, Snow Or Sleet; or (b) A neighbor's tree(s) felled by a Peril Insured Against under Cov- erage C. The $1000 limit is the most we will pay in any one loss regardless of the num- ber of fallen trees. No more than $500 of this limit will be paid for the removal of any one tree. This coverage is additional insurance. (2) Tree removal coverage as described (1) above applies only if: (a) The tree damages a structure cov- ered under this policy; (b) Windstorm or Hail or Weight of Ice, Snow or Sleet causes dam- age to a structure covered under this policy and the Pennsylvania Governor declares the area in which the "residence premises" is located to be a disaster area as a result of such weather conditions; or (c) The tree does not damage a struc- ture covered under this policy, but: (i) Blocks a driveway on the "res- idence premises" which pre- vents a "motor vehicle", that is registered for use on public roads or property, from enter- ing or leaving the "residence premises"; or (ii) Blocks a ramp or other fixture designed to assist a handi- capped person to enter or leave the dwelling building.

Reasonable Repairs a. We will pay the reasonable cost incurred by you for the necessary measures taken solely to protect covered property that is damaged by a Peril Insured Against from further damage. b. If the measures taken involve repair to other damaged property, we will only pay if that property is covered under this policy and the damage is caused by a Peril Insured Against. This coverage does not: (1) Increase the limit of liability that applies to the covered property; or (2) Relieve you of your duties, in case of a loss to covered property, described in

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.

  • Secondary Market Trading and Standard & Poor’s If the Company does not maintain the listing of the Public Securities on Nasdaq or another national securities exchange, the Company will (i) apply to be included in Standard & Poor’s Daily News and Corporation Records Corporate Descriptions for a period of five years from the consummation of a Business Combination, (ii) take such commercially reasonable steps as may be necessary to obtain a secondary market trading exemption for the Company’s securities in the State of California and (iii) take such other action as may be reasonably requested by the Representative to obtain a secondary market trading exemption in such other states as may be requested by the Representative; provided that no qualification shall be required in any jurisdiction where, as a result thereof, the Company would be subject to service of general process or to taxation as a foreign corporation doing business in such jurisdiction.

  • Secondary Market Lender may sell, transfer and deliver the Note and assign the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument, this Assignment and the other Loan Documents to one or more investors in the secondary mortgage market (“Investors”). In connection with such sale, Lender may retain or assign responsibility for servicing the Loan, including the Note, the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument, this Assignment and the other Loan Documents, or may delegate some or all of such responsibility and/or obligations to a servicer including any subservicer or master servicer, on behalf of the Investors.   • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:
