Family Medical Leave Act Compliance. The Employer will comply with all provisions of state and federal law with respect to family and medical leave. Alleged violations of these leave provisions shall be submitted to the grievance procedure set forth herein, and in accordance with Family Medical Leave laws. Family Medical Leave shall be consistent with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth by any applicable state law.
