Family Medical Leave and Oregon Family Medical Leave Acts. After exhaustion of all sick leave and vacation leave, an employee may retain up to sixteen (16) hours of unused personal business leave, except that use of such leave will be in accordance with Article 16, Section 1A. Whenever possible, this designation shall be made prior to the beginning of the qualifying leave.
