Common use of Fast Food Allowance Clause in Contracts

Fast Food Allowance. The employer shall pay an allowance of $1.75ph on all fast food construction, and on refurbishment with building permit value in excess of $300,000, provided that on projects in excess of $2.1 million the site allowance prescribed by Appendix C shall apply.
