FAT PROCESS. All tests for demonstrating MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section, G&C Section FIRs, and WES Kit compliance with the applicable Contractor developed SSS-3 documents and Contract Baseline documents (Attachment 1) shall be performed with Contractor developed FAT procedures (CDRL A075) that have been approved by the Government. All FATs for EDM and POD shall be performed using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures. All FATs for POM and (IF OPTIONS EXERCISED) LRIP shall be performed using certified Factory Test Equipment and procedures as described in Section C-7.4 of the SOW. A TRR shall be held prior to the beginning of formal FAT for POM and (IF OPTIONS EXERCISED) LRIP in accordance with the SEMP (CDRL A026). Prior to the TRR, the Contractor shall support a Government review of the Factory Test Equipment hardware, software, and procedures against the test and performance requirements contained in the contract baseline, Contractor developed SSS-3 documents and TRDs to verify full requirements coverage. The Government COR will provide the Contractor with written approval prior to the execution of formal FAT Procedures on MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section, G&C Section FIRs. WES Kit, and Cable deliverables.

  • Complaint Process (a) The Employer and the Union agree that all employees of the University are responsible to adhere to the University’s policies on human rights as well as those on the prevention of workplace/sexual violence and workplace/sexual harassment.

  • Payment Process Subject to the terms and conditions established by the Agreement, the pricing per deliverable established by the Grant Work Plan, and the billing procedures established by Department, Department agrees to pay Grantee for services rendered in accordance with Section 215.422, Florida Statutes (F.S.).

  • Amendment Process Requests to amend the Demonstration must be submitted to CMS for approval no later than 120 days prior to the planned date of implementation of the change and may not be implemented until approved. Amendment requests must include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change Management Process If Customer or Oracle requests a change in any of the specifications, requirements, Deliverables, or scope (including drawings and designs) of the Professional Services described in any Statement of Work, the party seeking the change shall propose the applicable changes by written notice. Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the written notice, each party’s project leads shall meet, either in person or via telephone conference, to discuss and agree upon the proposed changes. Oracle will prepare a change order describing the proposed changes to the Statement of Work and the applicable change in fees and expenses, if any (each, a “Change Order”). Change Orders are not binding unless and until they are executed by both parties. Executed Change Orders shall be deemed part of, and subject to, this Addendum. If the parties disagree about the proposed changes, the parties shall promptly escalate the change request to their respective senior management for resolution.

  • Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Recall Process A. If employees are to be rehired, the Board shall determine the number of the positions to be filled and the number of employees to be recalled. If rehiring takes place within one year, then the employee shall be rehired within area of certification in inverse order of reduction.

  • Formal Process A. Step 1: If a grievant is not satisfied with the resolution proposed at the informal level, s/he may within fourteen (14) days after the supervisor's response was due file a formal written grievance with his/her manager on a form provided by the County Personnel Office containing a statement describing the grievance, the section of this Agreement allegedly violated, and remedy requested. The manager (or designee) shall, within seven (7) days have a meeting with the grievant and within seven (7) days thereafter give a written answer to the grievant.

  • Complaint Procedure If an employee has a complaint, which is not a proper subject for a grievance under the grievance procedure, the employee may discuss it with their immediate supervisor. The employee may submit the complaint in writing. If necessary, the employee may also discuss the complaint with the Director of Staff Relations. The employee may have the assistance of their Alliance representative in presenting the complaint. Complaints shall be answered as soon as reasonably possible, but in no event shall an answer be delayed more than seven (7) business days, unless the time for an answer is extended by mutual agreement. If the employee and the Alliance are dissatisfied with the answer they may request a Special Conference.

  • Appointment Process (i) A list of employees who have Continuing Sessional Standing shall be produced by the Employer by October 1st of each year. Bargaining Unit Employees who are newly granted Continuing Sessional Standing will be advised of such by the Employer by October first of the academic year in which their Continuing Sessional Standing is granted.
