FEA representation Sample Clauses

FEA representation. The District recognizes FEA's legal right to have a representative present at the request of the unit member in certain circumstances including those specified in this CBA. FEA agrees that it will attempt to accommodate individual unit member requests for representation in an expeditious manner. If it is determined that a delay must be requested, such delay shall not exceed twenty-four hours or one full duty day. In addition, the District shall not be required to grant any additional release time pursuant to this section.

FEA representation. ‌ The FEA is required under the Agreement to represent all teachers within the recognized bargaining unit fairly. This Agreement has been made for all teachers in the bargaining unit who are the recipients of the benefits and are represented by the FEA, which was the choice of a majority of the teachers within the recognized bargaining unit.
