FEE BASIS. All fees and compensation payable under this Agreement shall be formulated and based upon the averages of the certified Wage Rates that have received and approved by the Director. The averages of said certified Wage Rates are summarized in Schedule B1 incorporated herein by reference. Said Wage Rates are the effective direct hourly rates, as approved by the City, of the Consultant and Sub-Consultant employees in the specified professions and job categories that are to be utilized to provide the services under this Agreement, regardless of manner of compensation. Schedule B1 identifies the professions, job categories and/or employees expected to be used during the term of this Agreement. These include architects, engineers, landscape architects, professional interns, designers, CADD technicians, project managers, GIS and environmental specialists, specification writers, clerical/administrative support, and others engaged in the Work. In determining compensation for a given Scope of Work, the City reserves the right to recommend the use of the Consultant employees at particular Wage Rate levels.

Said Wage Rates are the effective direct hourly rates, as approved by the Town, of Consultant and Subconsultant employees in the specified professions and job categories that are to be utilized to provide the services under this Agreement, regardless of manner of compensation. Should the Consultant intend to utilize personnel or Subconsultants for the Project where the Wage Rates have not been established, the Consultant must request that the Town add the person or Subconsultant’s wage rates to Schedule 2. The Town may require that the Consultant provide documentation substantiating the request.

FEE BASIS. The compensation for services under the terms of this contract is described in Attachment B. Payment is processed at Net 30 Terms.
FEE BASIS. All City fees and permits imposed with respect to the Project, including, but not limited to, planning and building plan check fees, excavating and grading fees, engineering fees, and building permit fees, including, without limitation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing permit fees, paid by Developer prior to January 1, 2013 shall be capped at the rates or charges in effect as of May 31, 2007 (herein, the “Capped Rate”). In the case of a reduced fee or deferred fee as defined herein, the basis for the reduction shall be based on the Capped Rate. All fees and other payments to City on and after January 1, 2013 for any purpose relating to the Project, or any phase thereof, including those items listed above, shall be at the rates and amounts in effect at the time paid; Developer shall not be entitled to prepay all or any portion of any such fees.
FEE BASIS. A monthly service fee shall be calculated using average item volumes and unit cost pricing per job function. The fee shall be derived by multiplying the item volumes provided by TD, and agreed upon by Harrisburg, and published in the Basic Service Fee Schedule, by the Harrisburg unit cost factor per function.
