Fee Schedule Annual Review and CPI Adjustment. There shall be no increase in fees during the first twelve (12) months of the Term of this Agreement. Thereafter, CRISP may increase the annual participant fee not more often than once per calendar year by no more than the annual increase in the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission’s (“MHSCRC”) hospital base rate, blended, update factor, as published annually in the HSCRC Hospital Payment Update, as such rate can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/finance/hscrc/hospital-rate-updates.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:
