Fees, Assessments and Associated Costs. A. Assistants covered by this agreement have graduate assistant appointments which are no less than .25 FTE and no greater than .67 FTE, or who otherwise are granted a tuition waiver and who perform the duties of a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Graduate Assistant (GA) for the University of Illinois at Chicago.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement. In the event of termination by a Party, all Parties shall use commercially Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the costs, damages and charges arising as a consequence of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise ordered or approved by FERC:

  • Administration Expenses The Company agrees to pay any Administration Expenses to the County when and as they shall become due, but in no event later than the date which is the earlier of any payment date expressly provided for in this Fee Agreement or the date which is forty-five (45) days after receiving written notice from the County, accompanied by such supporting documentation as may be necessary to evidence the County’s or Indemnified Party’s right to receive such payment, specifying the nature of such expense and requesting payment of same.

  • Organization Expenses All expenses incurred in connection with organization of the Company will be paid by the Company.

  • Estimated Costs The proposed GMP Change Order shall include separately identified dollar amounts, stated as fixed sums, for Actual Costs as estimated by the Design-Builder for the complete construction of the Project, which amount shall include the all Trade Contract and Subcontract Sums, costs of materials, and any Component Change Order Sums;

  • Reimbursable Expenses If the Compensation Table set forth in Attachment C of this Approved Service Order states that the City will reimburse the Consultant for expenses, then only the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement are Reimbursable Expenses unless the following box is marked and additional reimbursable expenses are set forth: In addition to the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement, the following expenses are Reimbursable Expenses: Additional Reimbursable Expense(s) Mark-up

  • DUES DEDUCTIONS AND REPRESENTATION FEES 1.1 All bargaining unit members may voluntarily join the Association, however no bargaining unit member shall be required to do so. Employees opting to join the Association will sign a membership form authorizing deduction of membership dues and other assessments required for membership. The District, upon receipt of authorization from an employee, will deduct from the employee’s salary each pay period the dues amount set by the Association and provided to the District Payroll Office. Deductions for employees submitting authorization after the commencement of the school year shall commence in the first possible pay period following such authorization. The district will transmit all dues deduction funds to the account or entity specified by the Association on a monthly basis. Authorizations in effect prior to July 1, 2018 and authorizations provided by employees hired after that date will be on a continuing basis from year to year, unless withdrawn in writing to the Washington Education Association through the established process. The District shall not discontinue dues collection for any employee until receiving confirmation of completion of the aforementioned process through WEA.

  • Non-Reimbursable Expenses In addition to the non-reimbursable items set forth above in this Policy, the following is a non-exhaustive list of expenses that will not be reimbursed by Xxxxxxxxxx County:
