Fees/Licenses. After award of Contract, and prior to commencing performance under the Contract, the Contractor shall pay for and maintain in a current status any licenses, fees, assessments, permit charges, etc., which are necessary for Contract performance. It is the Contractor's sole responsibility to maintain licenses and to monitor and determine any changes or the enactment of any subsequent regulations for said fees, assessments, or charges and to immediately comply with said changes or regulations during the entire term of this Contract.

Access to Data In compliance with RCW 39.26.180 (2) and federal rules, the Contractor must provide access to any data generated under this Contract to HCA, the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee, the State Auditor, and any other state or federal officials so authorized by law, rule, regulation, or agreement at no additional cost. This includes access to all information that supports the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Contractor’s reports, including computer models and methodology for those model. Advance Payment HCA shall not make any payments in advance or anticipation of the delivery of services to be provided pursuant to this Contract. Amendment This Contract may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties. Such amendments will not be binding unless they are in writing and signed by personnel authorized to bind each of the parties. Antitrust Assignment The Contractor hereby assigns to the State of Washington any and all of its claims for price fixing or overcharges which arise under the antitrust laws of the United States, or the antitrust laws of the State of Washington, relating to the goods, products or services obtained under this Contract.
